Assist with processing policy endorsements such as changes in coverage or personal information updates. - Ensure accurate and timely input of endorsement details into the insurance system. - Review and check submitted documents for completeness and accuracy before initiating the endorsement process. - File and organize endorsement documents as per company policies. - Work with the underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to facilitate smooth and timely processing of endorsements. - Communicate with team members to follow up on endorsement requests. - Respond to basic client or agent inquiries about the status of their endorsements under the supervision of senior staff. - Help draft correspondence related to endorsement requests or updates. - Maintain accurate records of all endorsement activities in the system. - Assist in preparing simple reports related to endorsement volumes and processing times. - Adhere to company policies and industry regulations related to insurance endorsements. - Participate in ongoing training to improve understanding of endorsement processes and compliance requirements. Skills & Qualifications: - Fresh graduate or candidate with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, policy administration, or any customer service role. - Knowledge of basic insurance processes is a plus but not required. - Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Familiarity with insurance or data management systems is a plus, but training will be provided
