Main Duties & Responsibilities General o Knows the Food & Beverage outlets and kitchens operational hours and the work hours of kitchen. o Knows the updated Food & Beverage promotions/ menu and able to communicate it within the department. o Ensure all collaterals are kept at the appropriate par level and in a good condition. o Ensure all stationery items are available and in a good condition. o Ensures all administrative job including ad hoc jobs are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines. o Ensure all Banquet Event Orders and Outlets Internal Event Orders are printed and filed. o Ensures all relevant documents are filed accordingly. o Taking minutes for all internal meetings and minutes to be shared to the respective managers in time. o Ensure cleanliness of the workplace. o Handles all telephone calls courteously and efficiently, taking messages and communicate the messages promptly and accurately to Executive Chef. o Ensure all emails are responded and acknowledged in time. o Ensure all inquiries on WhatsApp via hotel mobile phone are acknowledged in time.
