Quality Assurance Executive (Based in Batu Kawan)

• Implement incoming quality inspection and finished goods inspection • Handling of non-conformance product • Analyst quality information and provide the information to relevant department for review/control purpose • Handle return goods and customer complaint • Record keeping, statistic and analyst • Implement as per the direct from Quality Assurance Manager • To identify failures and implement corrective action and follow-up • Able to lead a group of QC to perform daily task and confirm to quality performance as per specification • Able to communicate and work together with other department to solve the problem • Responsible for the on-site audit of customer and supplier, audit checklist and follow up the closure of non-conformance • Good communication skill and working attitude • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System • Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System will be an advantage • Assist with any application requested by the team and participate in any departmental activities when required. Requirement: • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing of Engineering or related field. • Well-working experience in manufacturing at least 2-5 years, preferably in Automotive Industry. • Familiar with 5 core tools and 7 QC Tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Required Skill(s): Good Attitude, Responsible, Self-Initiative, High curiosity and learning capacity, Ms Office, well-versed in internet sourcing and multi-lingual communication.
