Offset Printing Operator

Job Description: 1. Understand the operational function of the press and troubleshooting. 2. Good control of subordinates, their safety and discipline. 3. Must be able to approve/acknowledge on decision of colour as per ‘approve copy’ before proceeding with printing. 4. Proper maintenance of Press such as servicing, oiling, greasing, etc especially on weekends. 5. Good housekeeping to follow the guidelines of the good housekeeping and proper control on usage of consumables. 6. Communicate effectively with the rest of the machine crews. 7. Paper wastage must be under control and should not exceed what is given in the job plan for run waste. 8. Abide by the rules and regulations by the Company project as a good example to his subordinates. 9. Work closely with Supervisors to ensure the targeted output in terms of quality and quantity are achieved. 10. Ensure proper stacking of printed sheets based on the quantity of each section and also proper markings of these palettes. The same applies to the markings for advanced copies. 11. Ensure that sign sheets, ozalids, color proofs, etc are properly kept and return to the Production Coordinator. Waktu Bekerja: Isnin- Jumaat : 8.00 pagi - 8.00 malam (termasuk kerja lebih masa) Sabtu : 8.00 pagi – 1.00 petang Atau Isnin- Jumaat : 8.00 Malam - 8.00 pagi (termasuk kerja lebih masa) Faedah- Faedah Lain: * 13 bulan gaji * Elaun Kedatangan * Elaun Syif * Bonus Tahunan * Pakaian Seragam * Rawatan Perubatan Requirement: * Mempunyai pengalaman dalam mengendalikan mesin percetakan. * Boleh bekerja syif * Sanggup bekerja lebih masa jika perlu. * Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja dengan syarikat percetakan adalah satu kelebihan.
