A) Job Responsibilities 1. Perform recruitment, organisational development and exit duties for local workers. 2. Perform monthly payroll calculations. 3. Maintain record and documents for employee and recruitment candidate. 4. Ensure employment compliance with Malaysian laws and company policies. 5. Refine company HR policies and visualise HR operational processes. 6. Perform meetings scheduling and provide reminders. 7. Support general office administration, including sourcing of office assets and tools. 8. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time. B) Job Resources 1. Job Report to Branch Manager (Petaling Jaya). 2. Collaborate with group accounts & admin manager. 3. Company Desktop – UBS Payroll, Microsoft Office, and HRM system. C) Job Benefits 1. Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or psychology. Consideration will be given to Diploma holders with relevant skill training certificates. 2. Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources practice. 3. Familiarity with the Malaysia Employment Act and related legislation is a plus. 4. Fluency in English writing and computer literacy is highly valued. 5. To enhance professionalism, personality qualities such as being a strategic thinker, deadline-oriented and privacy-conscious are favorable. E) Job Application 1.
