Job Description:- - Project Planning: Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, considering factors such as available resources, project specifications, and deadlines. - Communication: Collaborate with project teams to gather information, provide updates on project schedules, and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence related to project planning activities. - Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals. - Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in creating and maintaining accurate project schedules and documentation. - Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines - Software Skills: Proficiency in construction planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools. - Disputes resolution & claims planning matters, including project delay & work disruption analysis. - Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect and impact on project schedule develop mitigation schedule. - Identify common pitfall, organize meetings & mitigate EOT claims on project delay - Design and develop project schedule. - Able to interact with project team to gather project data and cost information to update project schedule & identification of variances for baseline schedule. - Develop procurement schedule. - Lead in preparation of monthly project report for submission. Daily task:- - Schedule Management: Monitor and update project schedules to reflect changes, delays, or modifications during the construction process. - Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements or unforeseen circumstances. - Reporting to Superior on the progress of works of such delayed/critical activities Requirements:- - Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years working experience in construction planning background. - Possess construction knowledge; strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and SEQUENCE OF WORK. - Competent in Autocad, Primavera and MICROSOFT PROJECT. - Highly competent in Critical Path Analysis. - Willing to work hard & smart - Eager to learn to do planning - Owned transport & willing to travel to site visit within Malaysia
