QA/QC EXECUTIVE

a) Quality Control of raw materials, finished goods and the production processes and goods delivery in accordance to the set guidelines. b) Monitor the operators in production and warehousing in order to ensure the quality control is intact during processing and warehousing. c) Assist in review, propose, implement and maintain food safety( FSSC22000, OSHA, HACCP and MeSTI), halal, quality, hygiene systems and make necessary improvements. d) Take lead in Halal management system and ensure the compliances. e) Take charge in 3rd party lab analysis and calibration related to product/ machineries/ utensils/Environment f) Prepare and control documents release relate to QA/QC upon request from internal or External. g) Verify the cleanliness, housekeeping, ventilation system, pest control programme of production and warehouse in accordance to the set guidelines. h) Verify the maintenance schedule for machinery is maintaining in accordance to the set guidelines. i) Handle all non-conformance from in house, vendor, customer, 3rd party warehouse. j) Assist in evaluate for competitive alternative raw materials/ packaging materials/ instruments/ machineries/ lab services k) Involve in supplier audit when necessary. l) Implement Good Lab Practices. m) Assist in preparation and provide in house trainings that QA/QC related to production Operators. n) Contributing in overall organization effectiveness and efficiency improvement o) Conduct internal stock/ production audits upon request from management
