RESPOSIBILITIES 1. Design, develop or supervise the installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, or utility use. 2. Design, implement, and improve electrical facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes. 3. Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. 4. Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and installation standards and specifications. 5. Plan preventive maintenance and implement methodologies and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects. 6. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and/or the solicitations of labor. 7. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. 8. Plan layout of electric power generating infrastructure, distribution lines, transmission lines and substations. 9. Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects. 10. Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct power system problems. 11. Develop knowledge and electrical & instrumentation expertise on tissue manufacturing/converting equipment, plant utilities, and supporting equipment 12. Carry out job responsibilities in a safe manner. Review and ensure equipment/processes meet electrical safety codes, policies, and guidelines 13. Support the definition, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of a documentation system for electrical drawings. 14. Develop and conduct training programs with operation, maintenance, and engineering personnel to increase process knowledge, troubleshooting capability, and understanding of electrical and process control systems 15. Understanding of Electrical system applications in buildings and facilities. 16. Responsible in planning, organizing, coordination and supervising the general day-to-day operation of the entire Facilities Management department, safety and liaising with other department in ensuring the smooth departmental operations. 17. Responsible in departmental planning, developing and implementing the Standard Operations Procedures, Policies & Procedures and allied directives, in particular to those relating to fire & life safety, energy control, saving, management, budget preparation and control. 18. Attend operational meeting with tenant, clients and sub-contractors. 19. To monitor and supervise service providers contractors to ensure all guidelines are followed as per contract agreement. 20. Ensure building automation system on HAVC, centralize air con, chillers system, AHU, P.A system, Electrical system, Mechanical system, Plumbing, Sewerage & STP, Signage’s and Building Signage’s , Kitchen equipment’s, kitchen exhaust system, kitchen fresh air system, parking Ventilation system, LPG System, Refrigerant System, Cold Rooms, Showcase , Multi deck, Freezer, Chiller system and Solar system as well. 21. To schedule and prepare branch visiting reports for HQ FM further review and reference. 22. Attending Client Consultant Meetings (CCM) representing the client/company to understand and participate from the planning stage to the development and construction stage till completion according to the requirements and needs of the company. 23. Supervising facilities teams of staff across different divisions 24. Ensuring facilities meet compliance and authority regulations 25. Facilitating energy conservation by identifying and implementing various options for saving energy, leading awareness programs and monitoring energy consumption. 26. To submit formal documentation and status updates for all current projects , regular utilities consumption data report and documentation of results for completed projects and to present this information to the management in order to make energy related recommendations 27. Liaise with relevant authorities department and licensing / permits certification as well 28. To monitor building in order to identify areas where energy is wasted or energy efficiency needs improvement, analyzing utilities usage in order to develop conversation projects 29. To involve in energy saving / water and improvement activities 30. Creates and monitors the utilities budget include calculating current savings of upcoming projects. 31. Managed A smart building system and structure on IOT technology with connectivity to managed building equipment’s and collects data for analyzes
