Business Description Overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching to employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other applicable Malaysian Employment Acts, as well as regulations related to the Social Security Organization (SOCSO) and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF). Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent Oversee the recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding Requirement Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in HR management roles, with thorough understanding of human resources best practices, employment laws, and regulations. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
