Responsibilities:
−To promote products to customers.
−Make an outbound call on the provided leads and encourage the given offer to customers
−Convince and enroll interested customers over the phone
−Accurately update the system on the call outcome
−Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
−To ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
−Checks paperwork, digital forms, and files, updating or correcting documentation as needed.
−Updates filing systems and devises new filing and organizational and storage systems for data and documents as needed.
−Checks and corrects documentation and placement of previously filed documents.
−To handle customer inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
−Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
−Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/ Degree in any related field.
−Good team building and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
−Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
−Pleasant personality and able to work with minimum supervision and independently.
−Individual with high commitment, hardworking & able to work under pressure.
−No experience are required as intensive training will be provided.
−Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
