Finance Executive

What you'll be doing Preparing and analysing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making Assisting with the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient financial systems and controls Participating in the development and implementation of financial strategies and budgets What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred
