Project Operation Manager

1.Planning and execution of the company's expansion projects in Malaysia. 2.Provide the company with the progress of the expansion project and ensure that the relevant construction is carried out as planned. 3.Create detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations 4.Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments 5.Measure project performance and progress throughout campaign execution 6.Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results 7.Preparation and construction of production equipment, through planning and testing, ensure that equipment can be built and produced by the schedule. 8.Ensure that manufacturing practices are indeed adhered to, resulting in consistent product quality. 9.Ensure that safety norms are followed so that employees can work in a safe environment. 10.Ensure that the guidelines of company policies and laws are communicated from top to bottom within the company and are followed at all times. 11.Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution 12.Manage staffing and other resource needs to maximize potential for successful execution of projects 13.Delegate project activities and duties in accordance with team members' strengths and experience 14.Read all reports submitted by subordinate section leaders to reward performance, prevent problems, and solve problems. 15.Provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed 16.Engage in continual learning to remain abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards 17.Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits 18.Execute other role duties as assigned
