PURCHASER

a. Manage all purchase of sales stock and documents involved. b. Monitor the smooth running of the Sales department, especially related to sales stock and customer requests. c. Communicating with suppliers regarding sales products. d. Help managers determine quality suppliers at reasonable prices. e. Monitor the customer's Good Collection Note (GCN). f. Manage other administrative matters for sales and marketing operations. g. Ensuring the order of sales goods according to the capacity of the store space and customer demand. h. Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks within the context of the role as determined by the supervisor. i. Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time. j. Monitor inventory and ensure orders are placed to replenish stock. k. Inspects purchased products upon delivery and reports any issues in a timely manner. l. Organize the logistics department for the delivery of goods. m. Write a report of purchases made. *The field of duties changes from time to time to meet the company's requirements.
