1. Manage daily collection and issuing billing to every unit owners / tenants, 2. Prepare month-end closing report and all the necessary accruals, prepayment, etc 3. Handle company petty cash reimbursement, 4. Manage data entry and updating accounting records on a timely basis, 5. Manage AR, AP ,GL, and Bank Reconciliation 6. Ensure payment including trade creditors are make accordingly & adhere to the deadline 7. Prepare monthly payroll and arrange monthly contribution payment, 8. Ensure filing for account and individual file in order 9. Issuing reminder letter to default unit, 10. Liaise with auditor for the company financial year end 11. Perform any other duties as assigned
