Job Scope includes but not limited to: - Social media to manage company social media pages - Plan and produce short videos (tiktok, reels, igtv, facebook video) and create visual content for our F&B brands to build awareness and engagement with our target audience - Publishing content to our social media (facebook, instagram, tiktok) and writing engaging copy for captions - Collaborate enthusiastically with our Creative Team to come up with promotions and events; sharing with the team trends, opportunities and insights. - Creating visuals for digital and print uses Minimum qualifications: - Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, Advertising or equivalent. - Proficient in Adobe Premier or any video editing/motion graphics software - Interested in Videography and possesses Motion Graphics skills - Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing. - Good command in verbal and written English. - Open to Malaysians only. Has persuasive writing skills Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging multimedia content (images, videos, graphics, text) tailored to each social media platform. Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and advertisements. Create and edit video content, including short-form videos and live streams. Content Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience. Research and stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media. Develop content calendars and schedules for consistent and timely posting. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms. Engage with followers and community members to foster a positive brand image. Conduct polls, surveys, and interactive content to boost engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools and metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions). Prepare reports on content performance and provide insights for future strategies. Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback. Collaboration: Work with marketing teams, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to align content with overall marketing strategies. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and promotions. Brand Representation: Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, values, and messaging. Maintain a consistent and professional presence across all social media channels. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools. Adapt content strategies to leverage trends and stay relevant.
