Requirement: • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. • 1-3 years of experience in system analysis, software development or a related field with exposure to full project implementation cycles. • Experience working within structured project teams and delivering solutions on time and within scope. • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development • Proficient in system analysis, design, and problem solving with strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies. • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation (e.g : URS, SDS, program specifications) • Broad knowledge of IT field beyond just software development, including hardware, networking and security • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices. • Leadership capabilities with a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion • Excellent problem- solving and effective time management, ensuring the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Responsibilities: • System Analysis & Design: o Analyze business processes and apply systems-level thinking to provide tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs. o Conduct comprehensive gap analysis by gathering and evaluating customer requirements. o Collaborate with clients to define application problems, evaluate current procedures, and develop optimized workflow solutions. • Documentation & Specifications: o Produce detailed documentation, including User Requirements Specifications (URS), System Design Specifications (SDS), and program specifications for development teams. o Provide estimates, timelines, resource planning, and testing procedures to ensure project alignment with business objectives. • Project Coordination & Implementation: o Coordinate closely with development teams on solution design, programming, and validation, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals. o Validate solutions by conducting rigorous testing, identifying any issues, and implementing corrective measures. o Manage the implementation process, ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively and meet client expectations. • Client Training & Support: o Conduct user training sessions to ensure that clients are proficient in using the implemented systems. o Provide ongoing support to client personnel, addressing any issues or queries and ensuring smooth operation. • Continuous Improvement & Documentation: o Contribute to the continuous improvement of system processes and standards within the organization. o Write and maintain comprehensive documentation to serve as a reference for both clients and internal teams. • Additional Responsibilities: o Accomplish the mission of the organization by completing additional tasks and projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the IT department.
