Branch/Store Manager (Bookstore) We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch/Store Manager to lead one of our bookstores in Klang Valley. As the store manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the store’s success by meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Plan, direct, and manage all business activities to achieve sales, profit, and growth objectives. Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and store layout. Ensure the store’s profitability by monitoring performance, controlling costs, and optimizing space. Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver high standards of customer service. Manage day-to-day operations and improve store performance in terms of revenue, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Diploma or degree in a related field. 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for the retail industry and providing a positive customer experience. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Benefits: Competitive salary: RM3500 – RM5000.
