Job Descriptions: To follow company's SOP procedures, prepare and update all related document. To prepare daily & weekly report and submit to manager. Set up and maintain filling systems. To prepare, update and follow up all invoices for payment upon obtaining the approval from Management To perform general and administrative duties. Serve as liaison between Landlord and Tenant. Arrange viewing with agent or client. Manage and upload property advertisement. Prepare tenancy agreement and handover the unit to tenant. Perform defects checking and arrange cleaning task accordingly before tenant moving in. Performing ad-hoc tasks when required Complete the performance given by company Handling of daily administrative duties. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. Hardworking and a team player who is always willing to learn. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Degree, any field. Required skill(s): MS Office, Power Point, MS Excel. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English Able to work with minimum supervision 2 Full-Time position(s) available. Able to work as a team member as well as independent individual. Able to cooperate with colleague, positive attitude, highly self-motivated willing to learn. Willing to work on weekend and public holidays (shift schedules) Hardworking, dedicated and highly disciplined. Driving license is required.
