• Evaluating financials as well as qualitative and quantitative aspects of potential investment opportunity (such as acquisition and development of real estate projects, divestment, restructuring etc). • Conduct due diligence and market research for potential Proposals. • Undertake feasibility studies on potential Proposals etc. • Perform detailed financial models, including developing sensitivity analysis for projects, investment/divestment proposals and presentation decks. • Prepare schemes, presentation papers, board approval papers, announcements or circulars on the Proposals. • Coordinate with external advisors on legal, tax, technical and financial due diligence matters. • Assist superiors to ensure the Proposals complied with all relevant guidelines and laws as well as complied with the disclosure requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities both local and overseas, where applicable. • Review presentation materials, legal documents, reports, submissions, documents to shareholders and public investors. • Prepare periodic management reporting (group basis) • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management. Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred. • 5 years or more of real estate industry experience, preferably at a real estate developer, construction industry, investment manager, REIT or private fund • Meticulous, resourceful and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Self-motivated and highly adaptive in challenging working environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
