Responsibilities: • Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed according to the plan. • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval. • Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. • Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate technical solutions into the design. • Ensure designs comply with all relevant regulations and standards. • Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the project's progress. Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a recognised degree in Architecture equivalent to LAM PART 2 • Preferable with 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management for various types of projects. • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept to completion. • Proficiency in architectural software, such as 3d modelling, graphic and layout design,, Project Planning, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, ability to lead and inspire a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required • Mandarin/Cantonese will be a bonus (for dealing with the China market) Please send us your resume and portfolio to [[email protected]] Salary range- RM4,000- RM8,000.000
