Production Planner/Executive

a) Planning and managing production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets. b) Collaborate with the Production team to monitor and report on production progress, identifying and resolving any production issues. c) Analyze production data and provide recommendations to improve planning and scheduling processes. d) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, product quality control, and inventory levels. e) To perform production output monitoring & prepare relevant report f) Assist Management to prepare periodic report g) Providing regular reporting and updates to management on production performance. h) Timely update & clean up the data entry information i) Coordinate and maintain up-to-date machine/tool repair and maintenance. j) Ensure timely information sharing of production plan change k) Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
