ADMIN -Manages and coordinates Company events and activities. -Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure cleanliness and smooth business operation. -Administer all security related matters eg Fingerprint/Attendance, Alarm System and CCTVs. -Review and administer the general maintenance and renovation of the office, building and office equipment. -Administrate and co-ordinate office stationery and printing supply, grocery purchases, etc. -Coordinate and monitor office staff and cleaner’s works. -Assist in attending to telephone enquiries. -Assist in general Office Administration. PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION -Responsible for a full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. -Generate payroll related reports for internal and external submissions. -Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies for matters related to EPF, Socso, EIS and Income Tax, etc. -Ensure preparation of annual statutory reports and declarations are accurate and timely. -Ensure documentations are proper and in compliance for internal controls and audits. -Attend employee and auditor enquiries on payroll related issues. TALENT ACQUISITION AND OTHER HR ADMINISTRATION -Responsible for hiring, interview, background check, offer, on-boarding, confirmation, change of employment conditions, resignation, induction, probation evaluation, re-designation, promotion, exit interview, appraisal and other related support. -Handle HR administration roles including letter issuance, personnel files, update organisation charts, prepare analysis trends and reports. -Provides day-to-day human resources and Administration support.
