Architectural Designer

Job Requirements: -Degree in Architecture from local and recognized foreign universities. -Keen to learn and work independently with minimum guidance. -Able to work under pressure, dynamic, creative and results oriented. -Knowledge of AutoCad and Revit. -Possess valid driving license and international passport for weekly travel to Singapore head office for meeting. Job Responsibilities: Perform architectural design works Prepare planning drawings and building plans Perform and coordinate permitting and government submissions for projects Inspect or supervise architectural works Coordinate projects including liaising with clients, authorities and any other 3rd parties Coordinate works between OGP offices Maintain project documentation and procedures Attend work related meetings and travels Any other duties as assigned by the Company *Please include following information in the resume: Reasons for leaving current and/ or last employment.
