Job Summary: The HR cum Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions within the organization. This role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and office administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Handle employee inquiries and provide support related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees. Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime. Administrative: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general upkeep. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Manage company documentation, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure compliance with legal and company standards in all administrative processes. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities. Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Reporting: Prepare and present HR and administrative reports for management review. Maintain accurate records of HR metrics, such as recruitment, turnover, and training data. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive or in a similar role. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
