What applies to you As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced Card Management Solutions to our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining top-tier software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, significantly contributing to the overall success and innovation of our product. Your expertise will help drive our mission of providing exceptional services and cutting-edge solutions. What you will do • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and COBOL systems. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both Java and COBOL. • Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications in Java and COBOL. • Ensure software quality through automated testing and continuous integration. • Provide guidance and support to junior staff in their daily task. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, especially in Java and COBOL development. What you will need • Possess a minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in related industry (Fintech, Cards / Payments industry). • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role, with strong expertise in both Java and COBOL development. • Knowledge of credit/debit card business processing is a must. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
