DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide first level support to all phone / email enquiries whilst meeting service level and turnaround standards * Identify customers’ needs, clarify enquiries / complaints and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. * Coordinate with internal departments and escalate the unresolved issues to the second level support team and ensure all cases are followed through to closure. * Engage and going the extra mile to satisfy customers’ needs to build customer loyalty. * Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible manner for use of analysis and reporting
