ERP Data Analyst (1 Year Contract) - Cyberjaya

CP Data Analyst Industry: Oil and Gas Location: Cyberjaya Contract Duration: 7 months Contract Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, 5 working days Salary: MR 2,800 – MR 3,200 JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Description - Purpose: This position plays an important role in providing value to data excellence and digitalization by providing improvement through data cleanse, data standards and data quality of CP/SC data from various Client's businesses and systems. He/ She will be mainly involved in data cleanse and data quality workstream in multiple different projects under CP Data team. This role provides an opportunity to be part of long-term Asset Digital Core programme in ensuring data is of high quality, trusted and drives value to client's business. Key Responsibilities: • Working with CP Data team and stakeholders inside and outside CP/SC to ensure business requirements are met within targeted timeline. • Ensure that the scope for data cleanse and data quality are aligned with business requirement. • Execute the data cleanse work and data quality and ensure the operationalisation of ADC programme. • Highlight key issues and risks to the project manager on timely manner • Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to seek for solutions. • Establish good working relationship with the team. • Adhere to Client's HSSE standards, ethics and compliance. Special Challenges (Complexity): • Demonstrate the ability, capacity and curiosity to understand business requirements. • Flexibility to move quickly across different work scope and managing multiple projects under tight timelines. • Working in different time zones to accommodate the nature of virtual and global team. • Communicate effectively with partners in understanding the complexity of the data and potential solutions. • Operate in the system with speed & necessary accuracy to meet client's standards. REQUIREMENT:  Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Knowledgeable in Master Data T-codes and table usages.  Experienced in Mass upload tools and functionalities (e.g Process runner, LSMW).  Experienced with data preparation and development for ERPs system migration.  Experienced in data extraction & analytics reporting.  Good knowledge and understanding of CP/SC business and processes.  Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating expertise beyond basic functions. Capable in working with formulas, spreadsheet manipulation and data analysis tools.  Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.  Ability to multi-task, ensure delivery of priorities and work independently.  Experience with SAP is a plus point.  Able to work in Cyberjaya for 6 months contract.
