Position: General Operator Industry: Aircraft Maintenance Working Location: Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) Pulau Indah, Selangor. Working Duration: 6 – 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance) Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; shift rotational hours. Key Responsibilities: Handle manual tasks including material removal, chiseling, blending, and performing cold work. 1. Manual Tasks: o Perform manual tasks such as material removal, chiseling, blending, and cold work on aircraft components and assemblies. o Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and effectively to achieve desired results. 2. Material Handling: o Handle, transport, and prepare materials for maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring proper care and management of components. o Follow procedures for material storage and handling to maintain quality and safety standards. 3. Component Inspection: o Inspect components and parts for defects or wear, reporting any issues to the relevant team members. 4. Maintenance Support: o Assist in routine maintenance and repair activities, providing support to technicians and engineers as needed. 5. Equipment Maintenance: o Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment used in manual tasks. o Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment to the supervisor or maintenance team. 6. Collaboration and Communication: o Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks. Job Requirement: • Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in performing tasks and inspections. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
