Job Overview: Human Capital Recruitment Executive involves managing the end-to-end process of acquiring talent for an organization. The primary goal is to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates who align with the company's needs and culture. Job Descriptions: - Filling positions within an organization. - Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization. - Developing own network of suitable candidates. - Handling of administration and record-keeping. - Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan. - Executing recruitment plans efficiently. - Drafting and posting job descriptions. - Interviewing candidates. - Preparing job offers. - Networking with various institutions and social media. - Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operations of the Human Resource and Shared Service team. - Maintaining personnel filing system and update personnel records for staff (paper and electronic). - Responsible for the accuracy of employee data records in the Human Resource Database System. - Assist in the preparation of appointment letter for new hires and screen application forms before update in the data system. - Record data and keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries in the Human Resource System and individual personal file. - Record and update of leave records for all staff in the organization. - Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters. - Implementation of policies and procedures and practices in compliance to legal and market practices. - Generate advertisements and liaise with recruiters on the selection of best candidates. - Sit in the interviewing and exit interview of staff whenever necessary. - Responsible for various Human Resources reporting to the Management. - On occasions, for the benefit of the Company, you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management. - All other work & business related matters as required by the management. Qualifications: - Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Management/Human Resource /International Business and any other related studies - At least 1 years of Experience in the related field is required - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English - Must possess own transport - Willing to work in Seri Kembangan - Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills - Strong moral values and discipline
