1. To handle general administrative and sales operation duties. 2. To assist in checking on invoice / billing, documentation, filling , attending to queries and telephone calls. 3. Key in customers' purchase orders. 4. Prepare reports, letters, and other documents. 5. Maintain proper filling system, including data management and file sharing. 6. Generate sales report daily. 7. Prepare quotations. 8. Other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM. 2. Extrovert, positive and possess good communication skills with all levels. 3. Proactive, resourceful and able to handle customer tactfully. 4. Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Able to communicate in Mandarin would be added advantage. 5. Computer literate will be an added advantage. 6. Willing to work at Rawang.
