Daily Task a) Process order (MT, KD, Distributor) and update system. b) Update payment and due date in system. c) Check delivery date with Warehouse. d) Key in Credit Note Mydin (from B2B Mydin). Weekly Task e) Closing for E-Commerce. f) Key in Transfer Order (If any). g) Submit sales Showroom and Promotion. h) Key in SO for free gift (If any). Monthly Task i) Prepare monthly report. j) Order stock from Jakarta. k) Check all stock report from all department. l) Fulfilment report- Mydin. Ad Hock Task m) Updates sales team any order that blocked due to pending payment. n) Follow up pending payment Click Logistics. o) Prepare document for every shipment to MRM. p) Follow up with sales team on any pending update on return, ensure record in Finance and Sales Operation tally with customer payment. q) ensure all invoices for all PO and order has been key in before end of month. r) Check with sales team and E-Commerce for any discrepancies in payment received by their customers.
