Network Technical Support

• Monitoring the network performance, especially on the bandwidth utilization and power stability. • Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades. • Acting proactively and responsibly in reporting and escalating any network performance issue to the management timely • Install/maintain and support of network element including wired and wireless network component • Supervise on site preparation work including civil mechanical electrical works. • Providing technical assistance to the customer support team promptly. • Handling escalated customers' complaints responsively and thoroughly until the issue is addressed. • Updating the resolution progress and details to the customer support team to provide the latest information to the reported subscriber. • Pacifying unsatisfying subscribers with professionalism and respect whenever the Network Engineer is handling onsite support. • Providing the suggestion in policies and procedures of the department, especially related to the efficient end-to-end support flow. • Maintaining a pleasant working environment among the support team. • Handling the off-office-hour support calls and following up the complaints until the issue is resolved.
