SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE (NATIVE RUSSIAN) The responsibilities of the role: • Demonstrate Strength in communication and competence on the phone with a Likeable Voice, and clear pronunciation in Russian. • Verbal communication skills: strong spoken grammar, able to ask appropriate questions and demonstrate empathy in tone: can communicate with an appropriate sense of urgency. • Listening skills: active listening; able to appreciate the context of the Customer's experience in Russian. • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. • Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues in Russian. • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs in Russian. • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). • Priorities and manage many open cases at one time. Requirements And Skills: • Native Russian is mandatory - the ability to read, write, and speak. • Minimum 3 years of related experiences • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field of study. • Ability to present information effectively before an audience and respond to questions. • Knowledge of the principles, training methods, and techniques for quality management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
