•⁠ ⁠Present, promote, and sell travel packages to both present and potential consumers. •⁠ ⁠Perform a cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain positive business and relationships with customers. •⁠ ⁠Connect to potential customer leads by cold calling and dealing directly online. •⁠ ⁠Assist customers with problems and complaints to increase satisfaction. •⁠ ⁠Achieve established sales targets and objectives within the specified time line. •⁠ ⁠Working with teammates and other departments to accelerate the sales process. •⁠ ⁠Consistently improve performance based on feedback. •⁠ ⁠Provide management with sales data on complaints from customers, preferences, and upcoming new products and services. •⁠ ⁠Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends. Job Requirement •⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates and candidates below 30 years old are preferred. •⁠ ⁠Highly independent and capable of completing tasks with minimum supervision. •⁠ ⁠Someone who is mentally and physically fit. •⁠ ⁠Computer literate with excellent Microsoft skills. •⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including communication, respect, and empathy.
