Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, planning and implementing effective sales strategies, managing proposals and quotations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through coordination with various teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead Sales Team: • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team. • Set clear sales targets and objectives. • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Identify New Sales Opportunities: • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities. • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Manage Proposals, Quotations, and Presentations: • Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, professional, and timely. • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations. Coordinate with Respective Teams to Ensure Timely Delivery and Enhance Customer Satisfaction: • Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. • Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Preferred Criteria: • Diploma’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or any related field. • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the oil and gas sector and related industries. Experience in hospitality or customer service is also highly recommended. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven track record of increasing sales and driving revenue growth. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
