QAQC Executive / QAQC ASST Executive

1) Monitor and ensure quality products are delivered to the customer. 2) Investigate customer complaints. Recommend and monitor corrective actions. 3) Responsible for new product development. Create product description and handle for packaging material. 4) Responsible for any changes of raw material and packaging material including new supplier. 5) Fulfil and verify new specification application form, artwork confirmation from supplier, requisition form for artwork and sticker printing form. 6) Prepare Safety Data Sheet, Technical Data Sheet and Certificate of Analysis for products and to fulfill regulatory requirements. 7) Assist Sales/Marketing Department to provide requirement request by customer. 8) Liaise with other department and supplier regarding to quality issue. 9) Handle on third party testing. 10) Review on Server S for product specification. 11) Handle testing for competitor’s product, sample from supplier etc. 12) Establish, revise and review on QA/QC documentations. 13) Participate in Internal and External Audit activities. 14) Prepare material and do presentation in Management Meeting. 15) Promote risk-based thinking. 16) Recruit and supervise subordinate. 17) Strict adhere to company policies and in house rules. 18) To meet all quality management and SHE policies and regulations. 19) Assist and follow instructions from superior.
