Job Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents. - Handle the day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions. - Ensure all accounting-related transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. - Basic understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial reporting. - Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required by management. Requirements: - Minimum of SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. - Organized, able to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and work well with a team. - Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel)
