Loading and Unloading: -Efficiently load parcels onto belts or pallets and unload shipments from delivery vehicles. Sorting: -Sort parcels by destination and size, ensuring they are placed in the correct areas for easy access. Scanning: -Utilize scanning equipment to accurately track parcel information and update our records. Replenishment: -Keep sorting materials stocked and report any supply or equipment issues promptly. General Maintenance: -Maintain a clean and organized sorting area while adhering to safety guidelines. Team Collaboration: -Collaborate with your team and supervisors to meet daily targets and resolve any challenges. Requirements: -High school/ diploma or equivalent; ability to read and understand instructions is essential. -Previous experience in a warehouse or sorting environment is a plus. -Capable of lifting and moving parcels as required. -Basic familiarity with scanning equipment. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
