OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibili es:  Oversee the daily supply chain process, including transportaon, distribuon operaons, and import/export customs compliance.  Ensure high customer sasfacon by meeng logisc service expectaons and resolving service issues.  Lead and manage logiscs operaonal staff, including training, performance evaluaon, development and recruitment.  Track KPIs and prepare reports on logiscs performance and cost analysis.  Analyze and improve logiscs processes to enhance operaonal efficiency and reduce costs.  Develop and manage the logiscs budget, idenfying cost-saving opportunies and controlling expenses.  Idenfy potenal risks in the supply chain and develop conngency plans to migate these risks  Evaluate, select, and manage relaonships with logiscs service providers while negoang contracts to ensure service quality and cost-effecveness.  Address and resolve issues related to logiscs operaons, such as delays and discrepancies, to ensure smooth and efficient processes.  Implement and ulize logiscs so+ware and technologies to improve efficiency and stay updated on industry advancements.  Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in logiscs acvies.  Ensure adherence to all relevant regulaons and standards, including customs, import/export laws, and safety requirements etc.
