Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee the full payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Hiring Foreign Workers: Manage the recruitment and onboarding of foreign workers, including visa and work permit arrangements. Work Permit & MyXPAT Renewals: Ensure timely renewals for foreign employees through the MyXPAT and Expatriate Services Division (ESD) systems. HRD Training & Grants: Manage training programs and handle HRD grant applications. Monthly Compliance: Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD contributions before the 15th of each month. Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Orientation & Training: Conduct orientation sessions and training for new employees. Official Communications: Prepare and distribute circulars, memos, and public holiday announcements. Disciplinary Actions: Issue formal warnings and manage employee terminations. Foreign Worker Hostel Permits: Oversee permit management for foreign worker accommodations. Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, including Halal certification, HACCP, GMP, and Mesti. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management & Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum [Insert number] years in HR, with a focus on payroll management and foreign worker hiring. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the food manufacturing sector is an advantage.
