DIE CASTING ENGINEER

JOBB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for resources in casting factory (Assets, manpower & raw material). Responsible for output & quality in casting processes. Ensure control plan for casting product is always in place Ensure working instruction for casting product is always in place Assist marketing team in estimating casting cycle time Improve, measure and control performance trends as well as taking corrective action or preventive action when necessary. Manage all production related activities and ensuring that they are operated within defined procedures and standards. Train and motivate the production workforce to achieve production schedule, quality and targets. To do commissioning of new die. Diagnose die failures and prevent casting defect from recurring. To perform any other jobs or duties as when required by superior. JOB REQUIREMENT Min. Diploma in related field or equivalent Candidate must have at least 5 years in Die Casting Manufacturing. Knowledge in Die Casting, Inspection and Manufacturing process. Preferably Professional or Manager specialized in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Strong Leadership and personal.
