- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and establish long-term relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. - Oversee stock management, including tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and managing any delivery discrepancies or delays. - Collect and compile all necessary documentation (DO, PO, invoices, etc.) and assist with processing payments, debit notes, and other financial transactions. - Report to the maintenance team any damage or repair needs within the premises, ensuring timely attention to facility upkeep. - Assisting with a variety of accounting tasks including preparing client’s invoices, collecting and summarising client’s fees, collecting employee’s claims, compiling contractor/suppliers accounts (invoices, purchase order, delivery order, payment, etc). - More would be discussed during interview session.
