Technician Internship

Responsibilities: 1) Assist any walk-in customer for any repair or service job. 2) To carry out repair or service within the stipulated time for the products brought in by outdoor technician / walk-in customer. 3) Identify and analyze all the faulty set by following safety instruction and direction. 4) To assist in testing, inspection, repairing, servicing as assigned. 5) Ensure all the repairing processes are performed correctly and efficiently. Prioritize customer requirements and satisfaction. 6) Daily report writing on the job done. 7) Assist any walk-in customer for spare part purchase. 8) Prepare all spare part requests from the other technician. 9) Perform all daily routine jobs as per instructed by the spare part in-charge person. 10)Prepare documentations (SO, DO, INVOICE, CN) for the related spare part requested. 11)Do checking for incoming spare part, and allocate to the designated area. 12)Packing all the spare part purchased under courier and online sale. Requirements: 1) Any technical institute in Electrical & Electronic course. 2) Knowledge in Electrical or Electronic background. 3) Good problem solving skills, initiative and proactive. 4) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Knowledge in Mandarin an added advantage.
