Job Responsibilities  To monitor customer network and connection status via Network Monitoring System.  To notify customer on abnormalities detected from Network Monitoring System.  To create support ticket, escalate, follow up on support process.  To collect 1st level troubleshooting information.  To escalate incident to 2nd level team for further troubleshooting.  To ensure that each incident is handled within SLA level. Requirement  Able to work shift basis (24x7).  Good communication skills (both oral & written).  Good abstract thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work and communicate with all levels.  Mature and positive attitude, strong sense of quality and responsibility, able to work well in a fast- paced, multi-cultured dynamic environment.  Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.  At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
