Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that products meet Supermicro’s high standards. • Production Oversight: Supervise all aspects of the assembly line, ensuring that assembly and testing processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Address any issues that arise during production. • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in production processes and suggest and implement improvements to enhance overall productivity and operational effectiveness. • Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, generate reports on performance metrics, and provide feedback to management on operational issues and areas for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the electronics or computer industry, with a basic understanding of computer system assembly and mechanical knowledge. • Skills: Familiarity with testing and inspection of computer or electronic components. Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and adhering to quality standards is a plus. • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
