Report to company GM/Director or the assigned person of the company 2. Responsible for the department operation and practices functionality while accommodate to achieved the KPI and targets (Both Individual, department targets) Research and developing marketing opportunities and plans on promoting company products on the market 3. Participate in Research and developing marketing opportunities and plans of company products 4. Understanding target market, consumer requirements, market trends for planning strategies and execution for undertaking branding recognition strategies and execution 5. Manage and develop the overall team of Sales (Wholesale) 6. Open and Improve Market/Account Share, and oversee day to day operations 7. Be part with Management to render scope and take calculated risk to increase profitability, and promote company existing brands 8. Planning and Implementing Department new sales plans and assigned market segregation to focus, build and service 9. Participate in recruiting and job setting function and performance management of team 10. Involve in the Excom Management team for management policies 11. Other Ad Hoc Request as per the management Requirement Minimum Diploma in business administrations or its equivalent , 1. Familiar with Distributor Network 2. Proven to lead and manage department 3. Has viable sense of business thinking 4. Hast at least 3 years’ experience as senior executive/ managerial position 5. Has 5 years’ experience in sales or related marketing field preferably related to FMCG, 5. Healthy, Beauty Wellness products 6. Age 40 years and below 7. Basic use of Google Sheet, Microsoft Office
