• This role is giving supports to property negotiators including answering their enquiries across the globe. The ideal candidate will be passionate to provide highest level of service and resolving issues whether through correspondence / software phone or company platforms. • To provide operational support by answering calls (our company software phone and online queries and provide technical solution to the issues (i.e answering technical issue in our company phone apps – Atlas) • To educate the apps users on how to use new features or add on programs. • To identify and provide feedback from customers to support team for continuous improvement. • To summarize all FAQ and do documentation for further improvement. • To update reported issues and work closely with IT department technical support team to assure quality client customer service. Job Requirements: • Diploma or degree in any discipline • Energetic and self-motivated • Team player • Good communication skills, outspoken • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities. • Must be able to handle fast-paced working environment. • Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office • Can work on shift management • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
