Job Description: Seek out potential sellers and buyers for pre-owned motorcycles through a variety of platforms such as online marketplaces, social networks, and contacts within the industry. Cultivate and sustain relationships with former clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Deliver exceptional support by promptly, warmly, and professionally resolving questions and concerns. Proactively communicate with prospective sellers by phone to explore their interest in selling or purchasing motorcycles. Expertly negotiate price deals to achieve favorable terms that benefit both the customer and our company. Keep abreast of the latest trends in the motorcycle market, including model updates and pricing strategies, to guide smart buying choices. Meticulously record all transaction details, such as sales agreements and seller data. Work with other departments to ensure motorcycles acquired for resale are processed smoothly. Job Requirements: Possess good verbal communication and presentation skills Proactive, creative, highly energetic, tenacious and independent with consultative selling skills Great interpersonal skills - able to build rapport quickly and develop relationships Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel.
