Brand Activation Executive is responsible for the implementation of end-to-end marketing and branding activation in a timely, within budget and meeting the client’s standards. Brand Activation Executive is required to assist plan, execute and co-ordinate a variety of marketing, promotion and events which include creative concept and ideas to enhance the client’s experience. Roles and Responsibilities 1) Client Servicing • Act as the main liaison and key contact to cultivate business relationship with the client in delivery of marketing services. • Developing and creating new ideas, assist proposals and presentation to new or existing clients • Overseeing project planning, execution and ensure correct level of resource is allocated for each project • Assist in all project plans, budgets preparation, P&L forecasting, job expenditure forecasting, billing and Accounts Receivable management. • Monitor on ground activities, set-up and dismantling works to ensure brand guidelines adheres • Perform post-mortem after the events and make recommendations for any improvement plans 2) Daily Operations Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner Give proactive updates on work-in-progress Maintain an efficient cross-functional interaction and project management within the agency to deliver client success Qualifications and Experience • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Creative Multimedia, Public Relations, Advertising, Media & Mass Communications or equivalent • At least 1 year good experience in B2B, B2C, marketing, branding or event management • Experience in both corporate and agency role (client serving) would be added advantage • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
