RMA is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator for implementation of FinTech & RegTech driven projects. Your responsibilities include working closely with our Project Management and delivery team to achieve project goals and objectives. You will perform various projects tasks, like tracking timelines, activities, project deliverables and other project documentation. You are required to have good communication, documentation, interpersonal and people management skills. You will liaise with Clients, Internal Team and external partners team to ensure the project milestones are achieved on timely basis and any delays or deviations are properly communicated to stakeholders. In conclusion, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that assigned projects activities are documented, communicated, tracked and completed on time and in line with Stakeholder’s expectations. Responsibilities Co-ordinate and Support projects activities for Financial Software Implementation in the area of Payments, Data Management, Treasury etc. from conception to delivery. Assis Project Manager with other task assign by Project Manager and work closely with project team members to achieve the timelines and key milestones. Monitoring of project activities tracking and keeping stakeholders updated on all aspects of a project, schedules assigned duties, and in a timely manner. Liaising with clients, other teams, and resources regarding project schedule and materials availability. Organizing project weekly meeting, project steering committee meetings and plan activities and deadlines and ensuring they are met. Documentation of Project activities, Meeting summary/minutes, milestones sign off etc, by adhering to standards and templates. Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. All documentation must be properly maintained and archived for each project. Identify Project Issues, derive mitigating strategies and explore options with team on minimizing impacts and obtain approval from the stakeholders on the best feasible option in line with Projects interest. Apply change management for Identifying the project changes with proper tracking of Change Requests Experience & Expectations (Freshers are Welcome) : Preferably with 2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services sector. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Collaborative working approach with minimal supervision to manage aggressive project scope, deadlines and customer-specific requirements for each project Exposure to SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile Methodology for project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, problem solving skills, and attention to detail Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Excel, Project and PowerPoint Qualifications Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Project management or any other discipline. IT project management experience is an added advantage.
